Prices on this page are to form a Nevada Corporation, e.g. a company doing business for profit, incorporating under Chapter 7 of Nevada Private Corporations statutes.
This rate includes a $100 credit for using the online form to incorporate in Nevada.
Nevada assesses commercial recording fees of $75 on corporations authorized to issue up to $75000 of stock. Increasing the value of shares results in a higher filing fee. Help on this is available in the questionnaire form.
